The District SP said in a statement on 29.05.2023 that the police department is performing its duties effectively to maintain peace and security, and that there is no neglect if the police are obstructed in their duties. 54 people have been arrested in 20 cases in the districts.

SP warned that strict action will be taken against those who caused disturbance.
