Telangana Public Safety Enforcement Act, CC cameras are mandatory
RSD- Sircilla news: As part of the Telangana Public Safety Enforcement Act in Sircilla and Vemulawada towns, the District SP has issued an order on 06.01.2024 to install CCTV cameras in business and commercial establishments (commercial buildings, shopping malls, education institutes, etc.) where there is more than 100 people per day said in the announcement.
SP said on this occasion that in the investigation of crimes, CC cameras play a crucial role when unexpected incidents happen, in Sircilla and Vemulawada towns, public safety measures must be followed in business and commercial establishments where there is more than 100 people in daily traffic. The SP said that it should be arranged before January 27th 2024, and after the 27th January 2024, action will be taken against the concerned owner who does not have CC cameras and does not work during the inspection by the inspector level officer under their jurisdiction as per the Telangana Public Safety Enforcement Act.
