Two arrested in murder case at Illanthakunta

RSD –Illanthakunta news: Rural CI Upender revealed the details of the arrest related to the murder case in Sircilla rural office on 30.05.2023. On 29-05-2023 Gollapalli Suguna, husband Kanakaiah, residence Jillella village Tangallapalli Mandal, her elder brother Daripelli Shankar age 51 years. r/o Dacharam village Illanthakunta mandal as per the complaint given by the deceased’s sister a murder case was registered in Illanthakunta police station and as part of the investigation Chandrakala of Siddipet mandal was married to Daripalli Shankar of Dacharam village 27 years ago. They have two daughters and one son and two daughters got married and in the second daughter’s marriage which recently took place. On the night i.e. on 28-05-2023 when the deceased Daripalli Shankar was under the influence of alcohol, the deceased’s wife Daripalli Chandrakala and son Daripelli Vamsi Krishna had family quarrels and according to the complaint filed by Gollapalli Suguna, the sister of the deceased on the accused Daripalli Chandrakala and Daripelli Vamsikrishna at Illanthakunta Police Station under Crime No. 139/2023 U/ S 120-B, 302,201 r/w 34 IPC was registered and the investigation was started. In this case, on the information that the criminals were present at their house on 30-05-2023, the deceased wife Daripalli Chandrakala and his son Vamsi Krishna were arrested and interrogated in the presence of Panchula. The deceased’s wife Daripalli Chandrakala and son Daripelli Vamsikrishna stated that the deceased Daripalli Shankar was stabbed to death by them while he was sleeping due to family disputes and property. They took possession of the items used in this crime and produced the criminals in the Court of Honour.
