Two interstate cell phone thieves arrested
RSD-Sircilla news: Cell phone thieves arrested at Sircilla.Details of accused.
- Rajakumar Nonia s/o Sanjit Nonia, 21 yrs. s, r/o Azad Nagar Nigha, Jamuna Mandal, Bardhaman District, West Bengal State.
- Pamula Sivaiah @ Siva Nallabottula s/o Errappa, 37 years, r/o Giriprasadanagar, Bukkarayasamudram Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh State.
District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS said in a statement on 20.09.2023 that two inter-state robbers and a boy who were stealing cell phones with the help of small children targeting residential areas, market areas and crowded places were caught by Sircilla Town Police.
SP said that two interstate thieves Rajakumar Noniya and Pamula Shivayya who are stealing cell phones from people’s pockets with the help of children without their knowledge during the festival days, are sneakily wandering around the crowded places and market areas, have been caught and interrogated by the Sircilla Town Police on 20.09.2023 in the afternoon. He said that 05 cases have been registered against them in Sircilla town, 01 cases in Vemulawada town, 01 case in Thangalapalli and many cases have been registered against them in other districts.
The SP asked the people of the district to keep their valuables carefully in the market places, when they go to the places where people travel a lot.
