Poker players caught at Rudravaram- Vemulawada

Playing poker is illegal and is punishable if caught doing so. Many families have devastated in playing poker and faced financial crisis. Even after repeated warnings also, today as per the reliable information received by the Inspector of Police Vemulawada Town at 05:00 P.M., eight were caught playing poker in Rudravaram village and the other six ran away. Rs.19,060/- in cash and five cell phones were seized from them and SI Venkatarajam registered a case against them and the investigation was being carried out.
