ACB searches at KTR’s house

In this order as mentioned in the notices on January 02, 2025 KTR appeared for the ACB inquiry on 06.01.2025 morning. However since his lawyer was not allowed to accompany him to the inquiry. KTR submitted what he wanted to tell the authorities in writing to the police and turned himself in. While returning, KTR spoke to the media and said that the ACB was looking to search his house in his absence, and that they were plotting to show that something was found in his house by planting something on his orders. Meanwhile when KTR approached the High Court in this case, it is known that he got some relief. The court ordered that KTR not be arrested until the verdict is given. However, KTR was furious that the ACB was calling him for questioning even though the court’s verdict on the quash petition had been reserved. However, since the questioning did not take place on 06.01.2025, it seems that the ACB will once again issue a notice to KTR and call him for questioning.
