Accused in theft case sentenced to 03 years in prison
RSD-Vemulawada news: Going into deatails, ML Narayana, father Anjaiah age 50yrs working as Vemulawada RTC Bus Depot ADC, while Rohit Babulal Kale s/o Prakash Kale age 27yrs, r/o Surya Nagar Colony, Maccha Bollaram, Alwal, a person named Narayana cheated and stole Rs. 50,000/-.Narayana on 28.10.2023 a complaint was filed in the case at the Vemulawada town police station, a case was registered and the accused was sent to remand. After the investigation, the investigating officer Anjaiah filed a charge sheet in the court, and CMS S. I Ravinder Naidu led the court constable Suresh to present witnesses in the court. On behalf of the prosecution, Vikrant was the plaintiff in the case, and Vemulawada First Class Judge Jyotirmayi, who examined the antecedents, sentenced the accused to 3 years in prison and a fine of Rs. 6000/-, said Town Inspector Veera Prasad.
