Action on private forks opening,CS warning

RSD- Telangana news: The government is gearing up for procurement of Yasangi grain in the state. CS Shanti Kumari revealed that 7,149 centers are being set up for grain procurement. She said that in four to five days, all grain purchase centers will open. He said that grain purchase will continue in many centers which have already started. The CS has directed the collectors to take strict action if private traders open their mouths and buy below the support price. CS Shanti Kumari held a video conference with the Collectors on procurement of grain in the state, precautions to be taken during summer season, water supply, Mana Uru – Manabadi works. Collectors have been told to sensitize people about sunburn and dehydration with the warnings of weather department that temperatures will be high for two months. ORS packets, IV fluids and medicines have already been sent to all districts and officials have been advised to make them available in primary health centers and sub-centres. Asha workers want to make ORS packets available at employment guarantee work centers.
