Auction of seized old vehicles and items
RSD-Sircilla news: Vehicles seized at various police stations in Rajannasiricilla district, abandoned/unidentified vehicles on the roads in various areas, and various items not in service within the limits of various police stations will be auctioned at the Police Headquarters in Tadur in the district on 18-01-2025 at 10:00 am, the District SP Akhil Mahajan said in a statement. It was announced that a newspaper advertisement was issued in July 2024 that the owners of 54 vehicles in various police stations in the district would be asked to take them away or they would be auctioned if they did not. However, after six months, the vehicles were not taken away. It was announced that out of the total 54 vehicles of various types, 53 vehicles are in the scrap stage and 01 vehicle is in the condition stage. These vehicles and various items that are not in service in various police stations will be auctioned at the Police Headquarters in Tadur on the 18th of January 2025. Interested buyers to participate in the auction should attend with Aadhaar card or any government identity card.
