Awareness program on Marijuana and drugs control- district police

At Rajannasircilla district Lahari grand function hall, today an awareness program on control of marijuana and drugs in the district especially in villages was conducted by district police by the directions of S.P. Rahul Hegde. In this program, municipal chairperson Jindam Kala Chakrapani said that parents has to observe their children not to get addicted to drugs, marijuana and counsel them to achieve their productive goals in their lives in a righteous way. To control the sale, purchase and cultivation of marijuana and drugs, C.C cameras will be set in all  important places.

In this regard, DSP also warned that marijuana sales, purchase, stocking, transport and cultivation in any manner is illegal and punishable offence under P.D act.
