Candidates says 2000 posts will be backlogged
RSD-Hyderabad news: There is a possibility of a huge backlog of posts in Group-4. More than 2 thousand posts will remain unfilled. Candidates are expressing concern that these posts will be backlogged again due to the unplanned decision taken by the government. Group-4 results were released on 14.11.2024. Results for 8,084 posts were released for 8,180 posts. However, many of those who got jobs are already working as government employees. Some are teachers, while others are working as constables. All of them wrote to Group-4 with the hope of joining Group-4 jobs in good departments. However, many people did not get good posts. Due to this, they will all give up their respective posts. Candidates say that if they had taken the on-willing (not wanting the job) option before the final results, these posts would not have been backlogged and the unemployed would not have suffered losses. A candidate from Warangal district is already working as a teacher. He was recently selected for a Group-4 job. Since the teaching job is a high-level job, the candidate will now give up the Group-4 job. If the on-willing option was given before the selection, another candidate would have had a chance to get the job. Another candidate in Karimnagar district is working as a Panchayat Secretary. He was given a Junior Assistant job in Group-4 and was thinking of doing that job. Due to this, the Junior Assistant post will be backlogged. Those working as constables have also got Group-4 jobs. Some people like to be constables in terms of status, prestige, and promotion. Now there is no chance of filling up the backlogged posts again. There is no situation where Group-4 notification will come in the near future. There is no mention of Group-4 in the job calendar announced by the Congress. There is a rumor that Group-4 will be abolished and the posts will be merged into Group-3. Till now, the possibility of relinquishment has been provided in filling up the posts. But the candidates are complaining that the government has suddenly removed the relinquishment option. They are complaining that they are being treated badly by not giving the option of voluntary recruitment and removing the option of relinquishment. The candidates are demanding that justice be done to them by giving the option of voluntary recruitment.
