CM Cup- 2023 Telangana Sports at mini stadium
RSD – Sircilla news: As part of the CM Cup-2023 Telangana sports celebrations at the local mini stadium 22.05.2023, the district level sports competitions held and as chief guests Jindam Kala Chakrapani, President of the Municipal Corporation, ZP Chairperson Nyalakonda Aruna Raghavareddy and started the sports competitions.
Speaking on this occasion, Telangana state government is giving high priority to the sports sector for building a healthy Telangana to increase the mental and physical strength of sportspersons. Chief Minister KCR said that sports fields have been established in all villages and towns in the name of Telangana Sports Grounds for the development of sports in the state of Telangana.
Besides, with the intention of encouraging sportspersons, Telangana State Sports Festivals are organized in the name of CM Cup to bring out the sportsmanship in people and sports competitions are organized at various stages from village level to state level and awards are given to the winners who have shown the best talent at the state level.
Similarly, Minister KTR said that he is making a special effort for the development of sports by setting up a mini stadium to promote sports in Sircilla town, setting up a volleyball academy and also setting up a new cricket stadium and volleyball cricket courts in the ground of the government junior college and instilling new enthusiasm in sports among the players.
On this occasion, we would like to express our special thanks on behalf of the athletes and sports fans to the Chief Minister KCR, who is doing special work for the development of sports by establishing sports fields and making special reservation for the sportspersons in the education and employment opportunities in Telangana.
Also, he wished the sportspersons in advance by saying that they should participate in the district level CM Cup sports competitions which will be held for three consecutive days from 22.05.2023 and become winners at the state level with the aim of winning the CM Cup for our district and bringing name to our region. After that the sports competitions started. District Sports Development Department Officer Upender Rao, District CM Cup Sports Competition In-charge Sampath, physical education teachers and athletes participated in this program.
