Delhi High Court gave stay for Kejriwal’s bail

RSD-New Delhi news: It is known that a Delhi court has granted bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam on 20.06.2024.Special Judge Niai Bindu passed the order to this effect. It was at this stage that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) requested that the bail orders be stayed for at least 48 hours to allow them to approach the higher court.But this plea was dismissed by the Special Judge. The court ordered Kejriwal to be released on a surety bond of Rs.1 lakh and imposed certain conditions. The Delhi High Court stayed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail order in the Delhi Liquor Policy case.The ED moved the High Court challenging Kejriwal’s bail. The Delhi High Court stayed the bail order passed by the trial court. The court said that bail should not be granted until the hearing of the ED petition is completed.
