Development of Government schools at Rajannasircilla district- Education minister

Development of government schools in a better way so that the student enrollment rate should be increased and the initiative has been taken by the honorable education minister Sabitha Indira Reddy and she has ordered the same to district collector in a video conference on 12.02.2022 Saturday in the program Mana Ooru Mana Badi/ Mana Basthi Mana Badi.

As a part of developing government schools, the state Government has made the program of Mana Ooru Mana Badi/Mana Basthi Mana Badi in which for the academic year 2021-22, making  each mandal as a central unit ( includes Primary, mid high school and High Schools), where more than 33% students enrolled schools will be developed  in first phase. Sanitation, drinking water, electricity, sufficient furniture for students as well as teachers, painting for schools, repairs, green chalk boards, compound walls, kitchen sheds, construction of new rooms in the place of rooms that are ruined, dining halls and digital education are to be taken into consideration in first phase.

She also asked for the support of alumni students and villagers to be a part of this developmental activities. She also directed the MLAs, MLCs, and politicians to  have a plan of action within a week after this video conference for the developmental activities.

Honorable finance minister Harish Rao told that by the approval of Chief minister KCR and state cabinet, Rs.7289 crores fund has been released  for the program Mana Ooru Mana Badi and for making this program successful, district collector is given full freedom of action following the regulations of the state government and asked for transparency, efficiency and acceleration towards the work.

MLAs and MLCs funds of Rs.5 crores, and  Rs. 2 crores, Zilla parishath Rs. 500 crores in which RS.250 Crores funds, NABARD funds, employment guarantee funds, Government special grants funds are to be utilized for this schools development program and unnecessary utilization of funds is not allowed.

Every step towards the development of Government schools have to be taken with a proper planning and every rupee spent should be accountable. For this program, people are also encouraged to give donations. Schools that are to be renovated have to maintain two separate bank accounts and those will be under collector supervision. The first account is for receiving Government funds for the schools and second account will be for receiving donations from donors.
