Fake documents for land registration in Sub-registrar office
RSD-Manorabad news: The sub-registrar of Tupran, Medak district, along with four others were arrested and sent to remand in the case of registration with fake certificates. According to Manoharabad SI Karunakar Reddy, Satyanarayanamurthy and his wife Swati of Moti Nagar, Hyderabad bought a 1000 yard plot of land in Kucharam suburb of Manoharabad mandal a few years ago. Mallavarapu Arun Kumar of Hyderabad and seven others created fake documents and sold this place to him for Rs.80 lakh. The land was already registered in the name of a woman named Durga. However, the accused lured Lakshmi from Ramnagar, Hyderabad with money and morphed her Aadhaar card into Durga and registered it. But the people who sold Satyanarayana’s link documents took time and gave inconsistent answers. Finally, when he went to the plot, the real thing came to know as there was a board in the name of other people. Realizing that he was cheated, the victim lodged a complaint with the Manoharabad police in April 2024. The police arrested Tupran sub-registrar Sanathnagar Ramana, Pitla Sai Kumar, Vemula Prabhakar, Lakshmi and document writer Balakrishna.
