Fatal road accident on Karimnagar-Warangal highway

RSD-Karimnagar news: A fatal road accident took place in Karimnagar district in the early hours of 08.01.2025. A lorry lost control and hit a tree on the Warangal-Karimnagar national highway in Mandadipally, Huzurabad mandal, due to fog and snow.The locals who noticed the accident first informed the police. In this accident, the cleaner was seriously injured after getting stuck in the lorry cabin and died while being taken to the hospital.The driver was pulled out with great difficulty with the help of locals and fire personnel. The seriously injured driver was taken to the hospital for treatment. The police who reached the scene of the incident shifted the body to the government hospital for postmortem.A case has been registered and an investigation has been launched. Full details are yet to be known.
