RSD- Sircilla news: DSP said that Sircilla town police registered a case against Ragula Ramulu of Sircilla, who cheated on the land issue, forged signatures by making false papers, registered without showing the boundaries of the land and threatened to kill him. On this occasion DSP said that a person named Ragula Ramulu of Sanjivaiah Nagar, Sircilla town, said that 10 years ago, there was a land of 363 square yards in Survey No. 960/B, Padmanagar, according to the xerox papers of Atpala Narayana, of Ellareddypet. After paying 3.00,000/- rupees for the land and registering it at Sircilla Sub-Registrar’s office, he was running away without showing the boundaries, when Narayana checked at the Tahsildar’s office according to Document No. 2875/2013, Narayana realized that the said land belongs to the government and he was cheated by Ragula Ramulu. After filing a complaint at the police station, a case was registered against Ragula Ramulu and he was arrested and sent to remand after the investigation revealed that he had cheated Narayana of Ellareddypet. He said that there are 20 cases in Sircilla town police station related to land grabbing and cheating on the accused Ragulu Ramulu.
