Sports builds self-confidence and self-discipline

RSD- District news: District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS, who attended the Dosti Meet-2024 Kabaddi and Volleyball sports competitions organized in Sircilla, Tangalapally and Ellareddypet police station limits on 23.05.2024. On this occasion, SP said that the future of the country is in the hands of today’s youth, that they should not ruin the future by getting addicted to bad addictions, and with the same purpose, as a part of community policing, to encourage the youth towards sports in the district, to make everyone aware of the evils caused by drugs, a dost meet was held under the district police department. He said that sports competitions will be organized as part of Dost-2024, and the winning teams at the mandal level will participate in the district level competitions. He called upon the youth to excel in all fields along with education, to accept the wins and losses equally in sports and to adopt the same spirit in real life and move forward. He said that participating in sports will keep you physically and mentally strong and mentally cheerful and enthusiastic. An example of what can be reached is sports. He said that those who have lost in sports should learn to correct their mistakes and move forward.  DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy, CIs Raghupathi, Sadan Kumar, Srinivas, SI Sudhakar, Ramakanth, staff, exercise teachers and sportsmen were with the SP.
