RSD-Boinapalli news: District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha said that the dairy buffalo distribution program will help the poor below the poverty line to grow economically.On 09.09.2025, District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha participated in the dairy buffalo distribution program under the mini dairy (pilot project) set up in Kodurupaka village of Boinapalli mandal along with Choppadandi MLA Medipalli Satyam.On the occasion of Kaloji Jayanti, they lit the Jyoti and garlanded the portrait of Kaloji.Speaking on the occasion, District Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha said that 38 buffaloes are being distributed to 19 beneficiaries through the Scheduled Caste Service Cooperative Development Association Limited. He said that about 12 liters of milk are received through each center every day and there is a possibility of earning more than Rs. 1000 per buffalo per day.He said that families below the poverty line will have a chance to get out of poverty through the buffalo distribution program. The Collector said that since two buffaloes are being distributed to each beneficiary, they can earn up to Rs. 2000 per day.He said that the dairy farmers themselves went and bought the buffaloes and brought them.He said that those who are in need of buffaloes should apply. The Collector suggested that a pamphlet explaining the precautions to be taken regarding the health and diet of the buffalo should be provided to each beneficiary. He urged the beneficiaries to be vigilant about the health of the dairy buffaloes, to follow the instructions of veterinary doctors and to provide quality fodder to the cattle. Choppadandi MLA Medipalli Satyam said that after the formation of the Praja government in the state, efforts will be made to provide good education and alternative employment opportunities to the most backward Dalits in the society.He said that the government has increased the diet charges by 40 percent and cosmetic charges by 200 percent to provide quality food to children studying in Gurukuls where poor communities study. He said that the Revanth Sarkar will release funds for foreign education, which is double the previous amount, and last year the government released Rs. 20 lakhs for up to 500 children of Dalit communities to study abroad.He said that steps have been taken to provide better facilities to Dalit students through the construction of Young India Integrated Gurukuls. He said that four leaders from Dalit communities have been given participation in the cabinet in the Praja government.He said that the maximum number of units have been grounded in Sircilla district under the SC Welfare Department, and that the Collector working at the field level in Sircilla district with a humanitarian perspective is getting good results, and he would like to express special congratulations to the Collector who is serving the people.He said that the Collector is playing a key role in solving the urea problem in a smart way, and the District Collector is working like the head of the house.The MLA said that steps will be taken to ensure that everyone who applies in Boinpally mandal gets dairy buffaloes. He said that if dairy crops increase along with agriculture, the financial condition of poor families will improve.First, CMRF checks were handed over to 40 beneficiaries. Later, he inspected the veterinary hospital sub-center in Kodurupaka and issued orders to make necessary repairs.District Animal Husbandry Department Officer Ravinder Reddy, ED SC Corporation Swapna, concerned officials, local leaders, former public representatives, and others participated in this program.
