RSD- Sircilla News:The tenth anniversary of the birth of Telangana state was celebrated in Sircilla town.
Telangana Sahitya Day Kavi Sammelanam as a part of Telangana State Government Decade Celebrations was grandly organized by government officials and leaders at Dr. C. Narayana Reddy Memorial Library in Sircilla District Centre. Dr. Chitikana Kiran Kumar, a famous literary man from the district center, recipient of many national and international awards, member of the International Benevolent Research Foundation, participated and sang his poem titled Welcome to the Decade based on the theme of Telangana existence and Telangana progress. Officials and leaders were honored. State Power Loom and Textiles Corporation Chairman Guduri Praveen, Municipal Chairperson Jindam Kala Chakrapani, District Library Corporation Chairman Akunuri Shankaraiah, District Government Officers Assistant Collector, Chief Planning Officer, Civic Relations Officer Mamindla Dasharatham District Writers Association President Secretaries and District Poets, writers and artists participated.
