Kavita’s Judgment on bail petition postponed

RSD- New Delhi news: The Rouse Avenue court adjourned the verdict on BRS MLC Kavitha’s bail petition against CBI arrest to May 2^nd 2024. The hearing on the bail petition filed by the ED during her arrest is going on. The court, which reserved the judgment in the CBI case, is in suspense as to what kind of judgment it will give in the ED case. Meanwhile, it is known that Kavita was arrested by the ED on March 15^th 2024 in the Delhi liquor scam case, while the CBI arrested her on April 11^th 2024. With this, she filed two bail petitions. Currently she is in Tihar Jail as part of 14 days judicial custody.
