Monovikas Samadhas for progression of textile industry – Sircilla

On 20.04.2023, under the Mind Care and Counseling Center, the eminent psychologist K. Punnamchander “Manovikasa Samadhas” was organized at Bhavani Function Hall, Nehru Nagar.Telangana Power Loom and Textile Corporation Chairman Guduri Praveen was present and spoke as the chief guest of the program.

Speaking on this occasion, he said that Bathukamma sarees are an excellent scheme to provide bathukamma sarees to crores of Telangana women. He said that the government is making all efforts to increase the level of textile industry. The state government has allocated 340 crores for the production of Bathukamma sarees this year.

On this occasion, Owners and industrialists were asked to take the responsibility of taking the textile industry forward with a new way of thinking. Plans are being made to supply cloth related to the manufacture of cloth bandage, gauze cloth and bed sheets provided by the government to the medical health department through Sircilla Power Loom Industry. It was explained that the manufacture of two pairs of clothes needed by 6 lakh school children in the state is being made by Sircilla Garment Industry. Arrangements will be made to provide the details of yarn subsidy to the authorities on time if the Owners and workers provide it. It is the idea of the government that everyone should join in thrift scheme, Netanna Bhima and government schemes so that everyone in the textile industry can get it.

Mittakola Sagar, assistant director of handloom and textile department, requested that the production of sarees be provided on time as per the order given. It is asked to follow quality standards in textile production. If any problem are brought to their attention, they will solve it immediately. Psychologist K. Punnamchander said that family counseling is being done through Mind Care Center to resolve disputes between husband and wife.
