Optimistic thinking of problems should be developed – Psychologist Punnamchander

Renowned psychologist K. Punnanchander conducted group counselling for women in Shantinagar, Sircilla under Mind Care and Counseling Centre, Government District Hospital. In this regard, he asked everyone to think about the problems with an optimistic outlook.

He said that a woman is like a compass for a family, and if women understand the problems positively with mental fortitude, better solutions will be found. Starting from carrying the burden of the family and raising children in the right way has become a big challenge for today’s women. As part of solving many problems faced in daily life, women suffer from many psychological conflicts and become ill. Due to parents losing proper control over their children in the modern way of life, children are getting used to many social disorders and  are making their future dark by being affected by social media like love, cell phone addiction, online gaming, Facebook, WhatsApp and YouTube. Children are losing their bright future by getting addicted to narcotics and drugs like marijuana.

Parents are asked to pay careful attention to the behavior of their children. They asked to keep a constant vigil on their habits and friendship group. Mind Care Center strives to solve bad habits, behavioral problems and love problems and requested to utilize this opportunity. Ward Counselor Addagatla Murali, Raju, Mind Care Center staff Boora Srimati, Konda Uma, Rapelli Latha, Vemula Annapurna and Beedi workers participated in this program.
