Paddy purchasing from Rajannasircilla district, 265 centres- Additional collector
Additional collector of Rajannasircilla district, N.Kheemya Nayak said that, for purchasing paddy from Rajannasircilla district, 265 centres have been set up with incharges, agricultural extension officers, tab operators. These centres will be operatable from within a week. In Rajannasircilla district in 1,18,893 acres, paddy have been cultivated and 2,97,232 metric tons of paddy yield is estimated. Government rate for purchasing normal type is Rs. 1,940 and for A grade rice is for Rs.1,960. The paddy should not exceed the 17% moisture content at the time of purchase. No mediators are allowed and the produce can be directly sold at centres and the amount will be directly given to the producer. The login ID and password should not be shared to anyone. And the purchased paddy should be sent to tagged mills only.
