Person selling ganja in Telugu states arrested at Kodurupaka
On 10-05-2023 at 4-30 PM in the suburbs of Kodurupaka Village, a person named Sherla Komuraiah belonging to Rama Raupalli Village, Peddapalli District, was informed that he was selling ganja to youths, CI Bansilal Boinapally SI Mahender along with his staff apprehended him and interrogated him in the presence of Tehsildar. 600 grams of ganja was seized from him. He has been selling for the last 5 years and has been making easy money by buying huge quantities of ganja from Orissa and bringing it here in vans and selling it at high prices in Nizamabad and Nagpur. Last year in the month of December, while he was bringing ganja in a van, Etapaka Police, Alluri Sitaramaraju district caught the van with ganja and he escaped and ran away. A case has been registered against him there. The investigation revealed that he has been absconding ever since. He was brought to Vemulawada on 10.05.2023 and arrested.
