Principal role is crucial school education

RSD- Sircilla news: As principals we continue to play a central role in supporting school education. In the context of globalization, we have to carry out various responsibilities as part of programs to further improve public schools. In addition to teaching, mid-day meal scheme, school development programs through Mana Uru Mana Badi, improvement of infrastructure through Amma Adarsh School Committees, online updates & reports, complex headmaster, drawing and disbursement officers, mandal nodal officers, in-charge mandal education officers have to carry out many such tasks.  With nominal training in many subjects like IFMIS, UDISE PLUS, PFMS, ISMS, TDS, etc. recently introduced, we are under pressure to perform those duties. All this work goes on smoothly in cases where all the colleagues working with us are honest. But in some places we are held responsible and punished even for the unintentional and deliberate wrongdoings of our colleagues. The principal who let go of the wrongdoers and noticed the mistake and reported it.
