Proper place for women in Swarashtra- Womens Welfare Day
RSD- Sircilla News:Teshob Chairman Kondur Ravinder Rao, Text Tiles Corporation Chairman Guduri Praveen, District Collector Anurag Jayanti, Additional Collector Satya Prasad, District Library Chairperson Jindam Kala Chakrapani, ZP Chairperson Mrs. Nyalakonda Aruna Raghavareddy participated along with ZPTCs and MPPs.
On this occasion, ZP Chairperson said that since the formation of our Telangana state government, many welfare schemes have been implemented by our Chief Minister KCR.It is said that if we compare the various development schemes of the Telangana state government for the welfare of women with other states, our state stands as an example in the country. After the formation of the state government, the state government has taken many schemes for the welfare of women by bringing schemes like Kalyana Lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak, KCR Kit, Nutrition Kit, Arogya Lakshmi, Asara Pension, Widow Pension and Single Woman Pension and has worked hard for the upliftment of women. She Teams and Sakhi Centers have been established across the state especially for women. Clean drinking water is being provided to every house through Mission Bhagiratha. Good nutrition is being given to infants in Anganwadi centers. Our KCR is the leader of women in the state.
50 percent reservation for women in local body committees and political leadership opportunities for women.
After that, certificates of appreciation were presented to the employees who showed the best performance. Later the welfare department visited the stalls set up by them.
MPPs, ZPTCs, CEO Gautham Reddy, dwo Lakshmi Rajam, Deo Ramesh Kumar, DTO Neeraja, ED SC Corporation Vinod Kumar, councillors, leaders, officers and women participated in this program.
