RSD- Yellareddypet news: A woman named Mohammed Khasimbi, aged 30, from Samudra Lingapur village, Turka Kasi Colony, Yellareddypet mandal, had fever on 26.12.2024 and went to RMP doctor Jajjari Devender of Thimmapur village. RMP Devender examined Khasimbi and gave her injections and medicines. The next day, when the fever did not subside, she was taken to Devender again. Khasimbi was given glucose. Khasimbi lost consciousness. Her relatives took her to Ashwini Hospital in Yellareddypet. The doctors said that she died on 28.12.2024 while undergoing treatment there. The doctors said that Khasimbi’s husband Mohammed Azim filed a complaint at the Yellareddypet police station that his wife died due to the negligence of the RMP. Yellareddypet SI Ramakanth registered a case, Yellareddypet DSP Chandrasekhar Reddy said that CI Srinivas investigated and RMP Devender was arrested and sent to remand. Appeal to the public, when people are sick, they should not go to RMPs who do not know the minimum medical knowledge and risk their lives, but should only consult government medical facilities and qualified doctors. The DSP warned on this occasion that if the RMPs in the district not only provide first aid but also knowingly and unknowingly treat people in the name of clinics and risk their lives, criminal cases will be registered as per the law.
