Section 144 in Vemulawada
RSD-Vemulawada news: The police department has initiated key measures as part of security measures in the famous pilgrimage town of Vemulawada. Section 163(3) of the BNSS and Section 144 CrPC have been brought into force to ensure that the demolition work from the bridge to the Vemulawada Rajanna Temple is carried out peacefully and without any hindrance. To this end, the officials have clarified that these rules will be in force from 6 am on June 16, 2025 until the demolition work is completed. It has been stated that gathering of people within a radius of 100 meters from the temple premises, which is the demolition area, is completely prohibited. They have asked the people to cooperate as per the instructions of the officials and everyone should play their part in maintaining law and order.
