Sircilla Municipality Focuses on Infrastructure… New CC Drainage Work Begins in 21st Ward

RSD_Sircilla: Sircilla Municipal Chairperson Jindam Kala Chakrapani today laid the foundation stone and inaugurated development works in Ward No. 21.

Speaking on the occasion, she said that after local Councillor Eluka Venkatesham brought the drainage issue in 21st Ward to her notice, the municipality immediately responded and sanctioned Rs. 3,00,000 from the General Fund. The amount will be utilized for construction of a new cement drainage canal, for which Bhumi Puja was performed today.

She stated that the Sircilla Municipality is committed to the comprehensive development of the town and is taking up works in all wards in a phased and planned manner as per public needs. Later, she interacted with residents regarding sanitation and other municipal services.

Vice Chairman Darla Sandeep, Councillors Eluka Venkatesham, Vemula Ramulu, Mogili Nagaraju, Sagala Hariprasad, Battula Ramesh, former Councillors Gundlapally Purna Chander, Rikkamalla Sampath, Akula Krishna, Adicharla Sai Krishna, Municipality A.E. Narasimha Swamy, municipal staff and ward residents participated in the programme.
