Task force police surprise attack on poker base
RSD- Tangellapally News: Rajanna Sircilla District SP Akhil Mahajan IPS, under the command of task force SI Maruti raided the poker base and caught 06 people who were playing poker at Poshamma Temple in Rallapeta village suburb of Tangalapalli mandal on the basis of information that they were playing poker secretly by betting money openly Rs 11,840/- in cash, 06 mobile phones were seized and handed over to Thangalapally Police Station for further investigation.
On this occasion, S.I. Maruti said, “Strict action will be taken against those who get used to easy earnings and indulge in bad addictions like this and commit illegal activities. We will do regular inspections in the district under the direction of the task force. We will take strict action against anyone who engages in gambling, betting and gambling like poker.” If the locals know that such unsocial activities are going on in their area, they should immediately inform the police, the details of those who have given the information will be kept confidential.
