RSD-Hyderabad News: Congress High Command has prepared a special manifesto for Telangana at the time of Parliament elections. Along with the National Manifesto Panch Nyay, the Telangana Manifesto with special promises to the people of Telangana was released today at Gandhi Bhavan. Telangana Congress Incharge Deepadas Munshi, Minister Sridhar Babu and others released the manifesto. Congress Party has included 25 guarantees along with social welfare schemes in the national manifesto targeted at youth and women. In the special manifesto of Telangana, priority was given to local issues. Partition guarantees, railway projects and central universities were included in this.

These are the special guarantees for the people of Telangana.

1. According to AP Reorganization Act 2014.Railway Coach Factory in Kazipet, Steel Factory in Baiyaram.
2. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Hyderabad
3. Rapid Railway System and Mining University along Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway.
4. Resumption of Information Technology and Investment Region (ITIR) project canceled by BJP government for Hyderabad metropolis.
5. National status for Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project
6. Establishment of new airports
7. Establishment of regional office of NITI Aayog in Hyderabad
8. Construction of Ramagundam- Manuguru new railway line
9. Increase in number of Central Vidyalayas
10. Double the number of Navodaya Vidyalayas
11. Establishment of National Sports University
12. Establishment of four new military schools
13. Establishment of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER).
14. Establishment of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
15. Establishment of Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) campus
16. Establishment of National Aviation University
17. Establishment of a Central Medical Research Institute under the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) for advanced medical research
18. Direct transfer of central government funds to village sarpanches as per 73rd & 74th constitutional amendment

In the wake of the parliamentary elections, the Congress party has released a national manifesto and a regional manifesto unlike in the past. In ruling Telangana, the Congress party has prepared a manifesto specifically for the state. It has released a special manifesto for Telangana with 23 points along with the five Nyayas announced at the national level.
