RSD-Karimnagar news: Three more farmers committed suicide in Telangana. Three rice donors, who provide rice for the country, committed suicide by drinking insecticide.Chikudu Srinivas (48) of Thoguta mandal of Siddipet district planted paddy in a four acre field and dug 7 boreholes as the ground water level receded. Due to a debt of up to 6 lakhs, he committed suicide by drinking insecticide at the farm. Jatoth Srinu (40) of Errachakritanda in Narsimhulapeta mandal of Mahabubabad district cultivated chillies in three and a half acres and cotton in two acres. He took a loan of Rs. 5 lakhs for the cultivation of chillies and committed suicide by drinking pesticides due to the loss of cultivated crop due to lack of water. Udutha Santhosh Yadav (34) of Ladnapur village, Ramagiri mandal, Peddapalli district, while cultivating cotton in his 8 acres, borrowed up to 35 lakhs. Due to lack of water and pests, the expected crop yield did not come. He was offended by this and committed suicide by drinking herbal medicine.
