Two people arrested in JCB online fraud

RSD- Vemulawada news: The Sircilla Rural CI Mogili said that, unknown people called JCB owners from several villages in the district and said that they were starting a new venture in Agraharam in Vemulawada, and that they wanted a JCB to flatten the trees, so they had to pay Rs. 9000 as an entry fee in advance, and sent the money through a scanner. Later, when such people called, they said that they would not attend, and they realized that they had been cheated. On the complaint of a person named Mallya Srinivas of Gandilachchakkapet village in Tangallapalli mandal, Tangallapalli police registered a case and as part of the investigation, they caught and interrogated these criminals. Along with them, they also confessed to the crime of cheating two people from Aavunuru village in Mustabad mandal and one person from Agraharam village in Yellareddypet mandal and taking money from them in a similar manner. The two accused were arrested and three cell phones and they were remanded to court on 26.06.2025 recovering the Rs. 30,000/-.

1) Golkonda Chandu Kumar S/o Ramachandram, age 28 years, village & mandal. Balapur, district Rangareddy.

2) Chintapatti Pawan Kumar S/o Ravinder, age 25 years, village & mandal Balapur district Rangareddy.
