Volvo bus hit a tractor in Anantapur district

RSD- Anantapur District news: A fatal road accident took place in Anantapur district. The incident took place when a bus and a tractor collided near Kallur in Garladinnae Mandal. A private bus collided with a tractor carrying a load of rice in Jamuna early morning on 23.12.2023. In this incident, four people in the tractor died on the spot. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started rescue operations. The deceased were identified as Chinnathippaiah (45), Sriramulu (45), Nagarjuna (30) and Srinivasulu (30) from Mamiduru, Gutti mandal. Another person including the bus driver was injured in the incident. The injured person named Naresh is in critical condition. He was immediately shifted to Anantapur hospital. The police have registered a case and are investigating. The reasons for the accident are yet to be known.
