RSD_RTC MD appeal to women passengers

RSD-Hyderabad news:  RTC MD Sajjanar gave a key suggestion for women. He said that the management of RTC has come to the notice that women traveling short distances are mostly traveling in express buses. He said that this is causing serious inconvenience to the passengers of distant areas. The RTC MD asked those traveling short distance to board the Pallae velugu buses and cooperate with the staff. On the other hand, some women said that instead of at the permitted stages, they are pressuring the staff to stop the buses in the middle, thereby increasing the travel time.

Henceforth express buses will be stopped only at the permitted stages and they have appealed to the women passengers to give priority to the passengers from distant areas and cooperate with the staff. TSRTC MD Sajjanar said that more than 2 thousand new buses will be made available in four to five months. He said that there are 400 Express, 512 Palle Vellugu, 92 Lahari sleeper cum seater and 56 AC Rajdhani buses. It has been clarified that 540 electric vehicles will be put into use in Hyderabad city and 500 buses in other parts of Telangana.
