“Women are symbols of self-confidence” – Psychologist K. Punnam Chander
On 28.03.2023, eminent psychologist K. Punnam Chander organized a mental development seminar for women at Baddam Ellareddy Nagar in Sircilla under the Mind Care and Counseling Centre, Government Main Hospital.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that women are a symbol of self-confidence. He said that she solves many problems faced in the daily life of the family and is a role model for the children. She is playing an active role in the growth of the family by constantly campaigning on the issues. In the same case, he said that she was suffering from mental disorders by postponing many mental problems which should be solved from time to time without postponement. Insomnia, repetitive thoughts, headache, lethargy, early tiredness, depression, fear, anxiety and opposing thoughts should not be ignored. He said that the Mind Care and Counseling Center is constantly working for the solution of mental problems. He said that if contacted all the time directly or through phone, they would get rid of mental problems through counselling. Mind Care Center staff Vemula Annapurna, Rapelli Latha, Boora Srimati, Konda Uma and women participated in the program.
