Women’s self-defense with a stick

RSD- Sircilla news: The closing ceremony of the free 15-day training camp under the supervision of Kung Fu Master Odnala Srinivas under the Helping Hearts Welfare Society was held on 19.10.2024 at Sai Krishna Function Hall, Sircilla. Punnamchander said that this program is being organized as part of the weekly celebrations on the occasion of World Girl’s Day. District Court Senior Civil Judge Radhika Jaiswal was the chief guest and spoke in this program. On this occasion, she said that stick, swords are very useful in women’s self-defense. Every woman and young girls should come forward to learn Karra Samu.She said that Helping Hearts is appreciative of providing free stick training. 70 girls and women were happy to get training in Karra Samu. All the women were asked to come forward to learn Karra Samu. Helping Hearts founder K. Punnamchander said that Karra Samu training is aimed at improving self-confidence among young girls and women. Kung fu master Odnala Srinivas explained that 150 children were trained in martial arts and given belts and certificates.
