Women’s Teacher’s Day on Savitribai Phule Jayanti

RSD-Hyderabad news:  The Telangana government has decided to celebrate Women’s Teacher’s Day on the birth anniversary of Savitribai Phule, the woman who started teaching as the first woman teacher in the country for the freedom and equality of women, a role model who risked her life for the education of girls, women, and the lives of the poor, and who became the foundation of the social movement.A plan has been prepared to pay tribute to her. It has been ordered to celebrate Women’s Teacher’s Day every year on the birth anniversary of Savitribai Phule. The Telangana government has decided to appreciate her services on her birth anniversary.The state government issued an official order to this effect on 02.01.2025 evening. With this, Telangana Women’s Teacher’s Day will be celebrated on a grand scale on 03.01.2025 on the occasion of Savitribai Phule Jayanti.
