World Consumer Rights Day celebrations- ZPHS , Sircilla

At ZPHS, Sircilla, ‘World Consumer Rights Day’ celebrations were done for which additional collector Sri Kheemla Nayak has attended and in this regard he said that every year on 15^th March World Consumer Rights Day will be celebrated and World Consumer Rights Day-2022 theme is “Fair Digital Finance”. Consumers have six rights basically and those are

1. Right to security
2. Right to representation
3. Right to choose
4. Right to be heard
5. Right to seek redressal
6. Right to be informed

Apart from these, consumers who spend every rupee should get the necessary service and also quality goods which is also a right of consumer. If consumers rights  have been facing any problems can reported to the toll free numbers.
