RSD- Sircilla news: Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha said that applications are being invited from eligible persons in the district for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme. He said that the state government has ambitiously announced the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme with the aim of promoting economic progress through employment opportunities for unemployed youth belonging to SC, BC, minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi) and others. To this end, an awareness and training program was organized on Rajiv Yuva Vikasam with senior officers of the respective departments, MPDOs, Tahsildars and bankers in the auditorium of the district integrated offices complex on 01.04.2025. On this occasion, Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha explained the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme through a power point presentation. Later, the Collector spoke and revealed that the state government has ambitiously designed the scheme with an investment of about Rs. 10,000 crores with the aim of providing employment to the youth. He advised all the eligible persons in the district to submit their applications along with the required documents at the MPDO offices and municipal offices within their jurisdiction. He directed the Tahsildars to pay special attention to the distribution of caste and income certificates and ensure that there are no problems. He said that help desks should be set up in the MPDO offices and municipal offices. He explained that the applications received within the deadline will be registered online and sent to the Mandal Level Committee. He revealed that after the committee fully examines them, they will be sent to the District Committee. He said that training related to the loans selected by the eligible persons will be provided. Candidates should submit the filled application form in hard copy along with the required documents at the Mandal Prajapalana Seva Kendra (MPDO office in rural areas) or Municipal Commissioner (urban areas).

The required documents are as follows

* Aadhaar Card.

* Ration Card.

* Income Certificate.

* Caste Certificate (issued after the formation of Telangana State).

* Permanent Driving License (for Transport Sector Schemes).

* Pattadar Passbook (for Agriculture Schemes).

* Sadaram Certificate (for PWDs).

* Passport Size Photograph.

* Vulnerable Group Certificate (certified by Mandal Level Committee).

Income Limit

* Rural Areas: Rs.1,50,000/- per annum.

* Urban Areas: Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (Municipalities, Nagar Panchayats).

* Ration card details should be given in the application form and only in cases where ration card is not available, candidates should submit income certificate issued by “Mee-Seva”.

Age Limit:

* 21 – 55 years for non-agricultural schemes (as on 1st July 2024)

* 21 – 60 years for agriculture and allied sectors (as on 1st July 2024)

Fund allocation, unit price, subsidy, bank loan

This is the subsidy

1) Unit price up to Rs.50,000/- 100% subsidy

2) Unit price from Rs.50,001 to Rs.1,00,000/- 90%, subsidy 10% bank loan

3) Unit price from Rs.1,00,001 to Rs.2,00,000/- 80% subsidy 20% bank loan

4) Unit price from Rs.2,00,001 to Rs.4,00,000/- 70% subsidy 30% bank Loan

5) Vulnerable (Weak) Group (Up to Rs.1,00,000/-) 100% (90% with 10% from EMF)

6) Minor Irrigation 100% subsidy

The Collector suggested that the District BC, SC, Minority Welfare Office should be contacted for further details. Sircilla RDO Radhabai, DRDO Seshadri, ZP CEO Vinod Kumar, officials and others participated in the program.
