Change party name to TRS demands Kadiam Srihari

RSD-Hyderabad news:  Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiam Srihari made a sensational demand at the time of assembly election defeat. He said that changing the name of the party as Telangana Rashtra Samithi to BRS had an impact in the assembly elections.Kadiam’s key demand was placed before KTR in the preparatory meeting of the Warangal Lok Sabha. He said that people of Telangana considered TRS as their own party but the removal of Telangana from the name of the party has seriously affected the sentiment.He said that the attachment and sentiment with TRS was lost after the name was changed to BRS. Kadiam asked KTR to reconsider the matter of converting BRS back into TRS after focusing on this issue.

He said that at least 1-2 percent of the votes did not go to the party with the change in the name of the party. He said that apart from the activists and leaders, the majority of people are of the opinion that BRS should be changed to TRS. Kadiam asked the party leaders to bring the proposal of changing the name of the party back to TRS to the attention of KCR. Meanwhile, there was a demand to convert BRS into TRS during the parliamentary elections, and there was tension over the decision of leader KCR. It is known that KCR changed the name of TRS to BRS for entry into national politics.
