Closure of Bala Vikas Sujal water plant, at Govt. Hospital, Sircilla?

In order to provide clean drinking water at lower cost , Bala Vikas Sujal have been setup near Government hospital at Sircilla town. But near the footpath a hotel have been providing packaged drinking water for high cost which has affected the Bala Vikas Sujal a lot and the employees working in it does not even get minimum salaries. If this situation continues, this Bala Vikas Sujal water plant which was opened by government have to be closed shortly. So, please do the necessary for the welfare of people in providing drinking water through government means at lower cost, so that everyone will be at benefit. This have been represented to district collector by Sircilla citizen welfare association but till now action was not taken against it.
