Electricity cut at night due to CESS dues

RSD- Sircilla news: The leader of the Ramakrishna Bharatiya Kisan Son of Padmanagar, Sircilla. The power of his house was disconnected because of the CESS electricity dues. The people of CESS are resorting to extortion and causing many problems to the consumers, especially those who have been questioned, by threatening and insulting them. It has never seen that electricity being disconnected in a town in Sircilla. When asked, the officials remain silent. This falls under the category of human rights violations. There are provisions to give notices to the consumer before disconnecting the electricity and if the electricity bill is not paid, the consumer is being inconvenienced by these provisions. This is the second incident in Sircilla.It is requested to the District Collector to respond to this. The CESS officials are acting in a biased manner, the public leaders are causing problems to the common citizen, disconnecting the electricity of their houses and causing them fear. They are targeting common man. Why is electricity being cut off at night? They are explaining like this. If a common man cannot pay, will everyone’s dues be collected in the same way? Will everyone pay if they collect it like this? This should be explained to everyone in the same way. Especially, electricity being cut off at night has never happened anywhere. It is not understand why this is being done. Especially since there is a ruling class elected by the people, they are not providing any help to the consumers. This is a sad incident.
