General body meeting of Municipal Corporation – Sircilla
A general meeting of this April month, 2023 of Municipal Corporation was held on 29.04.2023 under the chairmanship of Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani, President of the Municipal Corporation.
Mrs. Jindam Kala Chakrapani, President of Municipal Association said that 10 items designed keeping in mind the needs of the people and the urban development of the municipality were introduced in this general meeting and 9 items were discussed with the members of the governing body and approved in this general meeting.
In this, keeping in mind the upcoming summer season, general funds of five lakh rupees have been allocated for the repair, flushing of power bores and fixing of new motors where necessary so that there are no water problems for the people. Similarly, as part of urban development, it has been decided to send proposals to the government for grant of funds for the development of squares on main roads.
As a part of sanitation management, allocating funds for the purchase of protective equipment to be provided to the workers, keeping in view the development of the city, discussing various issues with the members of the governing body and the council passed resolutions. Municipal Commissioner Sammayya, Vice Chairman Manche Srinivas , Councilor Members, Co-op Members, Municipal Officers and other staff members participated in this meeting.
