Negligence of supervision, death of a person in swimming pool

RSD- Sircilla news: Sircilla Town Inspector Krishna speaks to this extent that on 21.03.2015 at 06:00 PM in the swimming pool in Vidyanagar, the complainant Mukuru Muralidhar s/o Narayana, age: 58 years r/o Vidyanagar Sircilla, son of a person named Mukuru Shiva s/o Muralidhar age: 23 years r/o Vidyanagar Sircilla, went to the swimming pool in Vidyanagar to learn swimming and went into the swimming pool and went deep into the water and drowned and died due to the negligence of the swimming pool manager Challa Ravi s/o Sathayya, 42 years, r/o Chinnabonala, Sircilla. A case was registered and the manager Challa Ravi s/o Sathaiah, 42 years old, r/o Chinnabonala, Siricilla was arrested and remanded by Balakishan SI. After the investigation, the investigating officer filed a charge sheet in the court and CMS S. I. Ravinder Naidu led the court constable Vemula Naresh and produced thirteen (13) witnesses. Public Prosecutor Chelumula Sandeep argued for the prosecution and Judge A. Praveen, after examining the facts of the case, sentenced the accused Challa Ravi s/o Sathaiah to one year in prison and ordered him to pay Rs. 2,000 as compensation and Rs. 50,000 as compensation to the victim.
