NQUAS Certificate to Thangallapally Primary Health Centre

Tangallapalli Primary Health Center in Rajannasircilla District has received the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQUAS) certificate on 04.05.2023.Previously Vemulawada and Tangallapalli primary health centers in the district received the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQUAS) certificate and recently PS Nagar Urban Primary Health Center received the certificate.Konaraopet Primary Health Center has also got the NQUAS recognition.This is another proof that medical standards have improved in the district.

NQUAS is certified if it meets the quality standards set by the National Health System Resource Center (NHSRC). It has a validity of three years.

This certificate is a special initiative of Minister KTR. It is a proof that quality treatment is available in government hospitals in the district

District Collector Anurag Jayanthi expressed his happiness on getting the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQUAS) certificate for Tangallapalli Primary Health Centre. He said that this recognition given by the Center is a proof that the people of the district are getting quality medical care from the PHC level. He congratulated the medical staff who worked hard for this.

Minister KTR said that with the special initiative of improving the government hospitals in the district, the infrastructure has increased, valuable medical equipment has become available, and the quality has increased in all departments like OP, IP, and surgical. The district collector said that physiotherapy services have also been made available in primary health centers recently.
