RSD- Sircilla news: District SP Mahesh IPS, who visited the Chandurthi Circle Office, Chandurthi and Rudrangi Police Stations on 28.03.2025, along with the Chandurthi Circle Office, Chandurthi and Rudrangi Police Stations, as well as the Rudrangi Manala Check Post and the Police Martyrs’ Stupa on the outskirts of Lingampet village, asked about the surroundings of the police stations, the working style of the staff, the details of the cases registered within the circle, and the details of the pending cases and ordered them to be completed quickly. Speaking on the occasion, the SP said police should always be available to the people and provide efficient services and strive to ensure speedy justice. As part of visible policing, officers and village police officers should frequently visit villages and interact with the people to create awareness about cyber crimes, traffic rules, illegal betting, the harms of gaming apps and other issues, and strict action should be taken against those who engage in anti-social activities with strengthening the information system at the village level. He said that drunk and drive checks and vehicle checks should be conducted every day to prevent accidents within the limits of the stations. He said that patrolling should be intensified by keeping an eye on the movements of old criminals and taking steps to prevent drinking alcohol in public places. The SP was accompanied by CI Venkateshwarlu, SIs Ashok, Anjaiah and police station staff.
