RSD_Insomnia in Indians is increasing

RSD- Health news: According to a survey, the percentage of sleep among Indians is decreasing. People suffering from insomnia are increasing day by day. Studies have shown that lack of proper lifestyle, stress, devoting life to mobile and computer screens, and corona conditions have led to sleep deprivation. Everyone needs at least seven hours of sleep. But the youth say that they are not getting proper sleep due to mental stress. 30 percent of those who approach fifty years suffer from insomnia. Illness problems arise due to lack of sleep. Problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, overweight, heart attack, nerve damage in the brain are coming. Good sleep is like medicine. Physical problems do not arise if you sleep comfortably. They are especially active mentally. In order to get a good night’s sleep, you need to follow some routines. A pillow or a pillow under the head should be kept properly. Otherwise there is a chance of getting neck pain. Some people don’t have a fan, and some people can’t sleep because of outside noises. Others wake up in seconds at the slightest noise in the house.

The whole point is that those who have this problem should keep the surrounding environment quiet. Be calm before going to sleep. Listen to favorite music and watch comedy films. Generally the body is also hot because the weather is hot and we can’t sleep due to this. That’s why we should use a mattress that cools the body. And some people cover with a heavy blanket. This does not make us to proper sleep. If a person weighing forty five kg uses a rug heavier than six kg, he will suffer from insomnia. Getting up early in the morning after sleeping for seven hours daily, doing things like walking, yoga and meditation will give good results. If we sleep too much i.e. sleep for nine hours a day, symptoms of diabetes will increase along with BP. All in all, there should be a plan for sleep. It is best to sleep at night as much as possible. Having a deep sleep without waking up is good for health.
