Students fight in Ambedkar University

RSD- Srikakulam news: The birthday celebrations of a fourth year engineering student were held on 05.12.2023 night in the dormitory premises. Many people set off firecrackers. As the semester examinations of PG and Law courses are going on, the students of those departments are facing difficulties.

The engineering students were asked why they were doing this at midnight. An argument took place between the two parties regarding this matter. They got into a fight on 06.12.2023. Chief Warden S. Udayabhaskar contacted about this matter and said that the dispute that arose due to the birthday celebration led to the fight. He said that Vice-Chancellor Nimma Venkatarao has formed a committee with principals, heads of departments and standing council members to investigate this. He said that 27 students from both the groups were found to be involved in the dispute and a report was handed over to the VC. He clarified that action will be taken according to his decision.
